We are seeking a EE or CS major with at least 3 years of Patent Litigation experience. Experience representing plaintiffs is not necessary. You will practice in the Eastern District of Texas for this very successful firm and enjoy the financial benefits of contingency work. You will handle: initial potential case assessment and rule 11 investigation, invalidity and infringement contention preparation, claim construction preparation, discovery, expert report preparation, and trial preparation; take depositions, prep witnesses for depos and trials, and attend pitch meetings with potential clients. Prior work experience in the field is always a plus.
