Randy's (1) legal background, (2) role as a law school educator and (3) involvement in the legal community all combine to make him the most effective and prolific legal recruiter in Dallas, Texas.
(1) Legal Background: Randy is a former litigator at a large Texas law firm. He not only understands what litigation firms need, but has also developed a broad knowledge of all other areas of law. He has placed attorneys in positions including corporate, commercial litigation, real estate, patent litigation, bankruptcy, financial institutions, labor & employment, personal injury, toxic tort, insurance defense, fidelity & surety, oil & gas, estate planning, ERISA and professional liability.
(2) Law School Educator: Randy has placed many of his former students, who graduated from his rigorous trial training program at SMU Law. He led the mock trial program from 1999-2010 and taught trial advocacy courses from 2003-2008.
(3) Involvement in Legal Community: Randy has relationships with hundreds of Dallas attorneys because of his constant involvement with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He has produced free CLE programs, sponsored countless events, and hosts an annual party immediately after bar exam results are announced.
Unlike other legal recruiters who simply rely on cold-calling strangers, Randy focuses on working with attorneys that he knows personally or that are referred to him through existing relationships.
